Overview

I accept the return and refund once I have the packet in my hand, after deducting any duties applicable, if any and customer has to bear the shipping cost to me please use USPS as its the cheapest and lowest duties . Dont forget to share the tracking

Request a cancellation: within 24 hours of purchase

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
1. Shipments to USA/Aus/Asia doesn’t attract any custom duty. NO DUTY.
2. Canada and EU Countries attract custom duty which can vary which is payable by the customer at the time of purchase or delivery.
3. All the packets are marked as commercial shipments while booking. The packets are not marked as gift while making the invoice .

Shipping Policies
1)Please keep an eye on tracking once shipped.
2)Once the delivery is made, please check the contents in 24-48 hrs of delivery.
3)Packet may be left at the porch/ letter box/ gate, if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.
4)London/UK/EU may attract custom duty which is payable by the customer at the time of delivery. This duty could be an additional cost and is not the same as the GB VAT collected at the time of purchase.
5)PO Box delivery available by USPS Only( transit time -10-14 days )
